Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service where appropriate.
Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days once dispatched.

International Shipping

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Where possible, recyclable or reusable packaging is used.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not guaranteed.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Oracle Readings
Time-based services (in-person or online readings) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
